Harvest: 1st Harvest
Taste Profile: Delicate nuttiness, creamy umami, velvety texture, soft natural sweetness, and a refreshing clean finish.
Best Used for:Straight enjoyment as a usucha or koicha, but bold enough for high-end lattes when more matcha is used.

Origin: Uji & Shizuoka 
Harvest: 72% 1st Harvest, 28% 2nd Harvest
Taste Profile: Vibrant, smooth aromatic. Soft rounded umami balanced with careful deeper richness and a clean finish.
Best Used for: Elevated lattes, iced drinks, and refined daily rituals in cafés.

Taste Profile: Fresh, nutty, and full-bodied. Bold enough to hold its own in mixed applications.
